What this is
Onlyflow is a free education library for traders who want to understand how markets actually work. Not patterns. Not indicators. Not "the secret." The actual mechanics — how price moves, why it moves there, and what the order flow tells you about who's driving it.
The library covers orderflow from the ground up: auction market theory, volume profile, market profile, footprint charts, and the depth of market. It also covers the fundamentals side — macro, equity structure, derivatives, fixed income — because context matters.
Good education shouldn't cost £500 in a course. The information is out there. This site organizes it, adds context, and builds it into a curriculum that actually makes sense. The only thing that costs anything here is 1-on-1 time with me — and that's listed honestly on the Premium page.
What's covered
The library splits into two sections: Education (orderflow and market structure tools) and Fundamentals (macro and valuation). Each has tracks arranged from foundational to advanced.
Education tracks
- Basics — What trading is, risk, psychology, orders, sessions, journaling. Don't skip these even if you think you know them.
- Auction Market Theory — The framework everything else sits inside. Balance, imbalance, initiative vs responsive activity, day types, open types.
- Volume Profile — POC, value area, HVNs, LVNs, composite profiles, profile shapes. Where the volume traded, not just where price went.
- Market Profile — The TPO-based view. Time at price, initial balance, single prints, open types, day-over-day structure.
- Footprint Charts — Bid/ask volume at every price. Delta, absorption, exhaustion, stacked imbalances.
- DOM — The order book. Resting liquidity, iceberg orders, liquidity flow patterns, combining with footprint.
Fundamentals tracks
- Macro economics — how the broader environment shapes the tape
- Market structure — how equity markets are organized and how that matters
- Equity fundamentals — earnings, valuation, what actually moves stocks
- Derivatives & sentiment — options flow, positioning data, VIX
- Fixed income — rates, bonds, and their relationship to equities
How to use this
If you're new to trading, start at the beginning. Go through the Basics track, then AMT before touching any of the orderflow tools. The tools only make sense if you understand the framework they sit inside.
If you're already trading and need specific pieces, jump directly to what you need. The sidebar shows the full curriculum. Each lesson links forward and back so you can move linearly or jump around.
The goal isn't to get through the content. It's to be able to look at a market and understand what's happening in it. That takes time and screen time, not just reading.
Attribution
Some lessons in the AMT, Volume Profile, Market Profile, Footprint, and DOM tracks embed or link videos from other traders and educators on YouTube. These are credited in each lesson. I don't own that content — I've curated it because it's genuinely good and free.
